Welcome to KuhstomLMS. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the KuhstomLMS learning platform, including our website, courses, mentorship programs, assessments, certificates, and related services.

KuhstomLMS connects learners with instructors and mentors through expert-led courses. By using the platform as a learner, instructor, mentor, or organization, you agree to the terms below.

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, joining a mentorship program, purchasing a paid offering, or otherwise using KuhstomLMS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase paid courses unless a parent, guardian, or authorized organization representative accepts these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security concerns.

When you enroll in a course, whether free or paid, KuhstomLMS grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access that course for your personal, non-commercial learning while the course remains available on the platform.

Instructors may update, reorder, or retire course content over time. If you are enrolled through an employer, school, or other organization, your access may also be governed by that organization's agreement with us, including start and expiry dates for your enrollment.

Paid courses and mentorship offerings show pricing, currency, taxes, and accepted payment methods at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize KuhstomLMS or its payment providers to charge the applicable fees.

If you are unhappy with an eligible course purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the request meets our refund guidelines. Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. To request a refund, email us at support@kuhstomlms.com.

Approved courses feature a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment once you meet the course requirements. KuhstomLMS is not an accredited institution: certificates evidence skills-based learning and do not confer academic credit, degrees, or professional licensure unless expressly stated for a specific program.

Courses, mentorship sessions, and learning materials are created and delivered by independent instructors and mentors. They are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their content, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of KuhstomLMS.

Mentorship interactions, including messages and sessions, must remain professional and within the scope of the program. KuhstomLMS may review reported conduct and restrict participation where needed to keep the learning environment safe.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Share accounts, resell course access, or redistribute course materials.
• Submit dishonest work, cheat on assessments, or misrepresent quiz, assignment, or exam results.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Harass instructors, mentors, or fellow learners, or interfere with service performance, security, or availability.

KuhstomLMS and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation. Course content remains the property of its respective instructors or KuhstomLMS, as applicable.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access enrolled content for personal learning. You may not copy, download (except where the platform expressly permits), modify, distribute, resell, or exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission.

The platform may integrate with third-party services for payments, video delivery, analytics, communications, identity verification, or customer support. KuhstomLMS is not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, or practices, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, causes harm, or is otherwise unlawful. Upon termination, your right to use the affected services ends immediately, but any unpaid fees, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, and liability limits will continue to apply.

The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KuhstomLMS does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any course will meet your particular learning or career objectives. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of course content, pricing, or third-party integrations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KuhstomLMS and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or service unavailability arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts or forums with jurisdiction over the matter unless applicable law requires otherwise.
